Exemption Certificate Manager, or ECM, allows you to store and view all exemption certificates in one place.

On this screen you can find:

This tile tells you how many certificates you have expiring in:

This tile shows the number of expired certificates so that you can contact the customer(s) for an updated certificate.

This tile shows how many certificates you have this month.

This tile shows how many of the certificates for this month were rejected rather than imported.

This tile shows how many certificates are missing required details about the customer.

This tile shows the complete set of customer certificates.
